Lets say a stock rear TT wheel is 8.5 inches in width at a 0 mm offset since it is stock. So at a 25mm offset the rim, would extend out by 2.5 inches? If so in theory would a 50mm offset place the rim back flush with the fender? Also what else do I need to take into consideration? Caliper clearence and so on? i have beengoing trhough post after post and googling like mad trying to understand this. i did stumble upon this neat offset calculator though:
